Ibis Styles Tres Rios Hotel

My New Year's stay was enjoyable. The hotel offered a delicious breakfast and the staff were generally friendly. The location was perfect for my needs as it was close to the tourist attractions and the city center. the room was cozy and well-maintained throughout my visit.

The walls of the hotel were too thin and I could hear a lot of noise from the adjacent building. I also found it disappointing that the room was not cleaned, there were no hand towels, and limited closet space available.

The breakfast was good with a good variety of options. Convenient location with ample parking. Hotel facilities well maintained. The staff were friendly and efficient.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The hotel had a great breakfast and a convenient location, which was a plus. the staff was friendly, although inexperienced. My room had a nice view and was spacious enough, but lacked proper cleaning and maintenance. the bathroom was functional but outdated. the free amenities were scarce, like the lack of hand towels and the robe closet was poorly built. the bedding was comfortable, and the minibar was well-stocked.

The hotel had incredibly thin walls, where I was troubled by constant hammering noises from a neighboring building.

The hotel seemed poorly built with cheap materials and sloppy craftsmanship. Moreover, the neighboring building's construction noise kept me up at night, which was highly inconvenient. The room was never cleaned and lacked hand towels, and the dog policy was not ideal as pets were not allowed to walk freely in the hallways.

The breakfast, location, staff , good.

It was all superb.
